Oh you mean when Boeing filed a complaint about a foreign manufacturer that received government assistance and then proceeded to price dump their product in the U.S.? Yeah. You're right.
They received a loan which has to be paid back as well as an investment into the unit and rail unit...and HTH does anyone know they price dumped other than the loudmouths over at Boeing and the Dept of Commerce?...NO figures were ever released yet...maybe other countries should start complaining about Boeing "dumping" and non pay back subsidies to the tune of almost $64 billion!!!...when folks start learning the difference between "investment", "loan" and "subsidy", maybe things would roll smoother!!
