Thanks Mephisto for posting the informative story. I have noticed quite a few test flights operated from Mirabel recently, by the P&W Canada 747SP. Hope that they & others who work at Mirabel remain distanced and healthy.

The part I wanted to read was the ' not have the health official permission', but nowhere to be found.
