Yet you make this an A vs. B issue and flog a user for it, when so far, all the articles he's posted have mainly been spot on. Like someone said before, nobody cares about that. Boeing screwed up, Airbus is eating them for lunch, yet right now both are going to hit the crapper because of COVID

Maybe I am slightly dim here ? BUT from the flight path shown ? was that Aircraft going to Soul (South Korea) because to me it looks like it was going NORTH and not South ? but maybe I am not understanding here sorry !!!!
Paul - aircraft fly a route called the "Great Circle", which is the shortest route to the destination. On a "flat map" from Paris to Seoul, this would appear to initially be heading north.

But I digress; This also happened to NCR102, which crashed at Bagram AFB in Afghanistan for the same reason, so let's jump on him for that! Oh, wait: that was a B747.
