Just like he said Finland had signed a deal for Super Hornets that they knew nothing about? Let's wait until Japan announces it before we believe a word of it.
Remember PEARL HARBOR, and 1945 50 year disarmament put on JAPAN, and now we are arming them to the "T". Is JAPAN a good ALLY?

Japan's military is not really equipped to be an expeditionary force. In fact, their constitution puts severe limits on what the Japan Self Defense Forces can do. They're not set up like NATO with mutual defense pacts and the like.
