Too early to know what happened, I've also heard loss of a tire on take-off roll - either way - lead to an off runway excursion - very likely a write off :(

"Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)...released a statement saying that the plane "swerved upon takeoff and roll due to crosswind and now 50 meters from the grassy portion of the runway."
Does that qualify as an overshoot, or just being blown off the runway?
