Former Blue Angels Commander Relieved of Duty
A Navy officer was relieved of duty Friday because of unspecified alleged misconduct while he was commanding officer of the Blue Angels precision flying team, the service said. Capt. Gregory McWherter was removed from his post as executive officer of Naval Base Coronado, where he had served since November, officials said in a statement. There is not enough information in this article to make any judgments however, when did we start judging a person to be guilty unless they can prove they are innocent. If he is guilty then let the punishment fit the crime however, relieving him of command is a career buster, even if found innocent his career is ended.
