Cruise liners are actually the biggest polluters.
It is hard to get excited about the amount of CO2 or carbon products we are generating when China opens a coal fired plant per week and they continue to burn brown coal.A single volcano pumps out more CO2 than all aircraft and even if we produced no CO2 the effect on temperature "might" make 0.2 degrees of change. While we all enjoy clean air, much of this is about control.
