A Delta Airlines Boeing 767-300, registration N169DZ performing flight DL-87 from Frankfurt/Main (Germany) to Detroit,MI (USA) with 141 passengers and 11 crew, was enroute at FL360 over Greenland about 210nm northeast of Nuuk (Greenland) when the crew declared a medical emergency.
