From the data I agree, somewhat like his TBM accident.

Setting up for final is not a place to get lax. It doesn't matter if you are in a 150 or 757, and all the automatic stuff in the world working, you need to be on your game on take offs and landings. Planes will get off fairly easy but they can come down in spite of your best efforts. It appears he got behind and could not recover although the plane responded on power.

Years back when I was learning how to fly out of BFI in the 60s there were a lot of problems with pilots getting behind the power curve and would mush in with full power. This sounds on the surface like he just didn't bring the power up don't know about auto throttles on this AC or if it even had them.

In the briefing, it says he advanced the throttles and the engines responded but Airspeed was 88kt. I think vref is 90+. He was getting stall warning in here. Engines responded but it just wasn't enough.
