If there is someone on here that knows about that part of military ops., I'm curious why this guy had to seek financial help getting the dog home. Couldn't she be put on a transport going that way??? Shouldn't the military pay to get these dogs into good homes after they've worked long and hard???
I don't know the answer, But that only makes common sense! But not to our government!!!
