送信時刻:

Well, it's not quite tapping the dashboard to see how much gas you've got left, but 787 ZA004 is spending the day crossing the United States, overflying major cities like Boston, Norfolk, Raleigh-Durham, Memphis, St. Louis, Kansas City or San Francisco to test the 787's fuel quantity indication system (FQIS), say program sources. XCfor the purposed of a commercial cert, and instrument rating need to be 50nm away from point of departure. You can log anything XC in your logbook, but for Comm and inst, only 50+nm will count.

for atp or 135 mins, it's either way, anything goes

I don't think so but I think civilian certifications are only a proficiency test away if you hold military certifications.

And does a B-52 pilot have a ATP or commercial certificate if they had no previous experience before the military?

It's my understanding that if you have a commercial or ATP certificate, you can log XC as long as you were 50nm away from the origin. Landings are not required.

From an interesting talk at NBAA with someone, this will not be able to be logged as a cross country. The individual I spoke with was flying a B-52 and flew all over but returned to departure airport after several refuelings in the air.
