NORAD Scrambles Military Jets And Escort Civilian Flight To NYC

So are we going to start scrambling military jets and waste more tax payer money everytime an innocent couple tries to join the mile high club?

CNN tells is a bit differently. There is no mention of people not wanting to come out of the lavatory on the NY bound flight. However, there is mention of 2 passengers overstaying their visit in the lavatory on a flight bound for Detroit. There is also mention that the fighters were already in the air and were not "scrambled".

Fine the offenders the cost of the response times 10, put them on a no fly list,in case anyone ever looks at one.

Sounds like America got its much needed emergency yesterday...

The passengers that were causing the "disturbance" could be filed under "You can't fix STUPID!!!" Three cheers for the government for being so watchful and not wasting any time with these fools...

I think the passengers in the bathroom who caused the incident should be fined by the airline, but also the government for the escort. I also praise the Government for quick thinking
