Boeing, Southwest defeat class actions over 737 MAX safety

Ahhhhh....Thanksgiving and lawyers.....TRUE story...(names omitted)..
There was a lawyer who on his commercial it said "Whe you hurt, we fight"...and he would roll up his sleeves. So, on Thanksgiving day some years ago he and his wife got into a fight and he was arrested for beating her quite badly....
So, "When you hurt, we might be married" was the new moniker. He had to roll up his carpet and move (I think out of the state). Ahhh...holiday fun.
