A recent flight from Dubai, United Arab Emirates to Manila, Philippines took an unexpected turn when a pregnant woman went into labor about halfway through the nine-hour journey, 36,000 feet in the air, The Guardian reports. If this was in the US, the flight would have been diverted and the infant detained by the DHS... and two weeks later all unborn fetuses would need to pass a background check before boarding an aircraft.
