Air Canada: No plans to exercise 787 options
Air Canada does not plan to exercise options on Boeing 787s, CFO Michael Rousseau said at a recent industry event. He cited market conditions for the decision. (canadianaviationnews.wordpress.com) さらに...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
God forbid that Air Canada should update and modernize their fleet. They're not in the least embarrassed to use 30 year-old 767s on the Ottawa-London and Ottawa-Frankfurt runs. They have 8 767-375 ERs left, ranging in age from 27 to 30 years (average age 29, the oldest aircraft in the Air Canada fleet) and used exclusively for the aforementioned services and within Canada and the US. Three-quarters of Air Canada's fleet of 42 A320s - the airline's workhorse - are 25 years or more old. It's a disgrace.
