Watch as British Airways flight is violently rocked side to side after aborted landing at Gibraltar

Can someone please help me out. I was watching the video and please correct me if I am wrong or not seeing it right, but it looked like, from my arm chair, the ailerons were initiating the roll, rather than some type of turbulence. I was trying to see if the pilot was countering the roll with opposite aileron, but it appears he was the one doing it, or did he just get that far behind the plane? If someone with far more experience than I can help explain what might have happened, that would be great, thanks!
