Video: Mi-8 helicopter crash during air show in Russia

That's a pathetic emergency response performance. With an airshow in progress, you'd expect emergency vehicles to already be out and dispersed around the field. They were slow to respond, appeared to run out of water very quickly, and generally seemed inept in how they attacked the fire.

I'd hate to see how they handle a mishap with a commercial flight on a routine day.

I wonder how much damage they did to the parked helos in the immediate area when they appeared to shower them with retardant.
