That "Whiz Wheel" looks very familiar! Thank you for posting this, jade!
CHRIS ROBEY
Not too sure why the Co pilot has donned his oxygen mask. They're still climbing at 400 fpm. Thankyou Flight Engineer for this glimpse back to when nothing happened automatically...

I agree with CHRIS ROBEY! Engines appear to be operating normally. Can't see the altimeter very well, but looks to me to be below 14,000 ft. Doesn't look like O2 is needed here! Cheers!!
What aircraft type?
C.W. Reed
It is either a Boeing 707 variant or very likely a 720/720B.
Champdriver
The captains altimeter reads between 26,000 and 27,000'.

Thanks jim! I was thinking that was the Kollsman window for airfield pressure altitude, but that makes sense now!

Is that IAS just in front of the copilot's nose really slow?
Champdriver
lincolnhal, the big gauge is SAT, static air temp, the one almost covered by his mask is the IAS and it looks like 290.

That FO looks to be in his 70's, and we know that can't be with mandatory retirement at 60. Too many Camel's and late nights away from home, ha! Maybe the o2 is just burning off the haze....
Thanks C.W.!

Nice. 4000 pounds per hour per engine, ouch. Definitely a Boeing, 707/720.

Very welcome, mike!
