Based at Ramstein AB, Germany. After the F16's left around '93 or '94 the 130's replaced them. That's obviously a new 130 model. If I remember correctly we inherited 130's from Rhein-Main AB as they were in the process of closing.
Yes, I believe it is the newest model the C-130; the C-130J with six bladed props.
