Is this a test aircraft for Airbus? The wings look a bit different for a regular 343.

Larry Toler - Yes... it sure is a "test" aircraft for Airbus. This is their "BLADE" demonstrator. Airbus's BLADE project is an acronym for “Breakthrough Laminar Aircraft Demonstrator in Europe”.
