This is President Erdogan of Turkeys Jet east of Cleveland heading south east towards Washington D.C.
Seen at KCAK as well
I would say that she is an A340series 500...that must be a very powerful telephoto lens?? (Unless taken from another aircraft, cruising slightly lower but on a parallel Track). I do not even know the basics of photography, as I am sure you are well aware by now!
