This fighter is flown by the Polish Air Force.
I did not know those made their way to Europe. That's pretty cool.
Yep, FA-50 are goin' to replace current fleet of MiG-29 & Su-22.
Only two in Europe so far with more due to arrive in Poland next year.
Kind of see some design influences from the F-16 and F-18
Huh. Never heard of this aircraft before. Swap around the letters and you get "KIA", LOL. But an impressive shot and it's a good looking plane. Developed apparently in conjunction with Lockheed-Martin. Verrrrry curious how it would arrive in Eastern European air forces...
Nice faux cockpit.
The Golden Eagle was developed jointly by KAI & Lockheed-Martin. L-M offered it in the USAF's next-generation supersonic jet trainer competition as the T-50A (Boeing's T-7A Red Tail won the contract).
