Do you have another medium of exchange? The last time I offered 400# of onions for a flight from BOI to SEA, the airline turned me down. I initially offered 300#, so I thought maybe 400#. Still did not work. So how many pounds of onions should I have offer?
I dare say almost all pets are emotional support animals(ESA). Why would anyone have a pet otherwise? One has a pet for a companion. In saying this, I would exclude as pets, work animals, e.g. herders, sensors (sniffers), guides, fetchers etc. So the question is the degree of need for the pet, a.k.a. ESA.
I'm seated in 28D; I could call up my buddy in 2B to bring me a scotch and soda. Cell calls in flight sounds like a heck of deal. After to or three times, I probably couldn't text. ;-)
This would certain affect my flying habits if United flew my routes. Rarely have I need the flexibility; but knowing I had the flexibility would influence who I booked with.
A group of us went up to Seattle to learn about the economic decisions the was behind the inception and construction of the 747. That was the spring on 1969. We also visited the interior mock-up. Having flown in the 707, 720 and 727, I was blown away by the immensity of the interior. Then on to the Everett plant building, -- unbelievably massive. NWA flew the 747 ANC/SEA for a short while, loved it.
As a passenger given a choice, I would ride the 757. I my not so humble opinion, a 737 should never be used for over a 3 hours gate to gate; or at least have only 2/3 seating on longer flights. I become convinced of this more and more every time I fly between Alaska and Hawaii, Denver, Chicago, Minneapolis, Portland.
