Flew in to KLFT November 18, 2018. This is a typical Signature Flight operation at a single FBO airport. High fuel prices, high facility fees, and high overnight parking fees. There are public no-charge tie down spaces available NW of the Signature ramp, but they are not indicated on any chart that I could find and KLFT ground control had no idea where they are located. According to the KLFT airport administrator - non-based pilots are allowed to pass thru the Signature FBO to gain access to the free public ramp. Embraer Phenom 100 |
