Could it be a 172RG Cutlas?
James Kelly... yes, the Canadian Aircraft Register does indicate this is a 172RG, which would make it also a Cutlass. These were certified on Cessna's 175 type certificate, which was the Cessna Skylark.
I guess from the thumbs up , he likes this plane.
