Beechcraft Super King Air 350 (N115H)

This is the only shot I had of this plane. I did post 1 other similar picture. I have never seen this before. Other than stated above, It belongs to Dept. of Homeland Security. I was able to read up some on Google. Anyone with any info. on this plane would be greatly appreciated. Also what are the domes on the top & bottom for?
