Didn't an old Kids show from the 50's feature a Seabee? I remember the show as being a cross between Ramar of the Jungle and Sky King.
Many years ago, when I was on course for my commercial, a friend of mine who flew hunters into a hunting and fishing place on a lake in northern New Brunswick, Canada allowed me to handle it when we went to check on the lodge. It was quite a thrill!! I dont remember a door for the pilot we beached it and exit thru the front.
