BOEING 767-200 (N312AA)
Subbing for Kalitta's N730CK (which was taking a couple of "days off" at KLAS ... lol), ABX's N312AA, a B762, filled in and made the daily Phoenix-Reno trip. It is caught here just as it is about to cross the airport perimeter to touch down and complete the midmorning PHX-RNO flight.

It was a neat treat to have a visit by ABX Air yesterday (Thursday). And for the previous two days (Tuesday and Wednesday), Kalitta's 727 (N729CK) landed here ... and I'm always super happy when an old Boeing tri comes to Reno. Getting quite rare to see one.

Hey, John, Howdy again. Those (VERY old) oldies I've posted seem to be enjoyed by enough folks so I'm going to continue posting some every so often. I'm glad you like them. And TYVVM also for the comment re: this photo. Spotting here is truly great. Although we don't see the newest models of pax birds, our RTAA Marketing folks are gradually attracting new airlines to come here (Frontier returns later this year after a ten-year absence and there may be another one), the airlines are using larger-capacity equipment, the cargo line activity is growing quite steadily, and the military activity is never-ending fabulous! We have a small group of dedicated spotters and since all but me are in central CA, they enjoy visiting here and I dang sure love it when we meet on their side of the Sierra. Got an LAX trip coming up that I'm super pumped up for ... I'll be able to try for the fantastic captures you guys at Boston get every day. Please keep those KBOS shots coming ...
