Cameras in the cockpit are strategically positioned so that when seen in the movie, "Maverick" appears to be the lone pilot in the Super Bug.

TYVM, Greg. I have Paramount Studios and the US Navy to Thank for having me out there to get this capture of T.C. in the Super Hornet. This was the first of two times I clicked it at NFL and the first of the three times I caught it during the filming of the movie (the other time was when they were filming by Lake Tahoe). I am able to share this now with permission of Paramount.
