Interesting aircraft. This is an Antonov AN-74TK-200, which is based on the military AN-74T transport. This particular aircraft is an airliner by designation.
Interesting to see that large of engines mounted above the wings.

Its either the second or third Ant 74 that's visited Ex RAF Finningley in the past 2 years.... we have all sorts of Antonovs visit.... including the 225..... would like to see the 22 visit... 124's are REGULAR...

Is it just the perspective or angle of the photo that makes the engines seem over sized relative to the rest of aircraft?

The Engines do look too big for the Aircraft, the short take off needs PLENTY of POWER...!!!
