BOEING 777-300ER (A7-BEX) - About to touch down is this 2018 Qatar Airways Boeing 777-3ED (ER) in the Summer of 2023. OTHH > KPHLbr /I'm spotting at Ft. Mifflin with this flag representing the Continental Navy Jack that the soldiers used as they defended this area of Philadelphia and the Delaware River in 1777. Around the same period in history, Betsy Ross would be making our original flag with the Red, White and Blue colors, our first "Stars and Stripes".

GREAT catch, Rich.! *****++! You and the others (like D at KBOS) who are able to see and snap the big aircraft (AND the foreign airlines) are awesome fortunate. Every so often I get a day to do some clicking at either SFO, LAX, or LAS and then I get to snap some like this one. And getting the flag in the shot jumps this from a ***** to a *****++ shot. Bravos.
