Per Cirium: On April 26, 2022, this 2017 Bell 429 operated by Mercy Flight Inc. was destroyed when it crashed in a field near Elba, New York during a local training flight from Genesee County Airport, Batavia, New York. One witness, as quoted in the press, described seeing it 'in a steep descent' which continued until impact. The accident happened in daylight (1258L) and in VMC. Two people were killed in the crash.
