I believe this aircraft is at the Albany, OR airport. You could spot it from I-5 and I saw it several times while on business trips. One day I had time to stop in and ask about it because I couldn't identify it from the airplane books I have. An airport employee allowed me to look it over from his office. A very unique airplane.
This one is in Chilliwack, BC, Canada. Sadly I don't think its flow in awhile.
