That's a very rare United Consultants UC-1 Twin Bee. The UC-1 is a twin engine conversion of the RC-3 Seabee airframe. The single pusher engine is removed and this allows an additional fifth seat to be fitted beneath the old installation. Twin Lycoming engines are fitted in the wing. This required the rear cabin windows to be reduced in size, supplemented by a porthole-type window each side of the rear of the enlarged cabin.
In 2006, the rights to the design were sold to the STOL Aircraft Corporation.

I've got a vague memory of a tv show from the 1950s where the hero flew his adventures in some jungle location with a single engine Seabee. Not a very good-looking craft, but it got the job done.
Great pic, but that's one ugly airplane.
