If it's about to taxi, someone needs to remove the wheel chocks. (Maybe just parked there?)

There is no crew in the cockpit, I doubt it is going to taxi anytime soon. And yes, the chocks are in place, the guy must be a media type.

The OP was "about to taxi for departure...not the Skyvan.

As seen in the Acitivity Log below, the correct type designator is SH36. It's not a Skyvan, it's a 360.

I think maybe he meant that the plane he was in was about to leave for Europe.
