Lonnie good eye! Yes. 747s taking off from PANC Anchorage International can be seen in the background of PALH Lake Hood.

anybody know if the fishing is decent in that lake?

Toby...wouldn't eat anything from there....too many old hangars with floor drains that go to dirt. Floating sheen on the water table.
