Northrop T-38 Talon —

DOVER AIR FORCE BASE-DOVER, DELAWARE, USA-SEPTEMBER 04, 2025: Seen by RF at approximately 1430 Hours was this T-38 Talon preparing to land on runway 19. The jet was one of two from the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School seen conducting touch and goes for about one half hour. The Navy's Test Pilot School is located in Maryland at Naval Air Station Patuxent River.
