Nice shot of my father's office in 1944!
That would be a "cool" office to have. Except maybe the part where people are trying to shoot you down. Other than that, though, pretty cool! I hope your father survived the war and had a great life. My dad was a rifleman (BAR) during the war. He walked/crawled/ran/fought up most of western Italy until he was captured. He spent the last few months of the war in a German POW camp near Munich. He lived to be 94 and had a pretty good life. (He just passed away earlier this year.) It was a blast to get to ride in such an iconic airplane from the war, and I'm glad you liked the pic. Thanks!
