I have been giving this picture some thought and while I do not remember specifically taking the it, something about it rang a bell. When the crews returned from a sortie they weren't interested in seeing the camera bay opened. However, when they had a problem with the cameras on a mission they were not happy campers, understandably so. I believe that is what was going on in this picture.

Actually those were not Ram Air Turbine doors. That was the photo flash ejection system for night photography which ejected cartridges to light up the night.
