Certainly an event of great diplomatic importance. The automobile parked between the two Cadillac autos appears to be a rare Toyota Century L-Type.
That Douglas DC-8-72 looks to have the CFM56 turbofan engine mods done by Grumman. Information seen elsewhere states this aircraft was originally a DC-8-50, c/n #45819, manufactured in 1965 and currently in preservation status.
