This piece of crap would be nothing if not for oil. I have no respect for these oil-sheiks and their tacky use of money. But yeah, I wouldn't kind having an A380 as my home. Personally I would prefer a 747-8... but I am kinda happy that he chose Scare-bus... who knows, we might all get lucky and the tail fin might break off or something. (preferably over Saudi Arabia and not over the US.

Hepa filter my ass - people are contracting Ebola even wearing level5 containment suits when missing a small crease during decontamination. If it is that easy to contract, even if not "airborne" it still is a danger in small droplet quantities. Hepa filter isn't going to help

If the FAA could wait years to retrofit the center fuel tank on 747's after TWA 800 - and those were SUPPOSEDLY prone to exploding and destroying the entire aircraft.... Especially around surface to air missiles.... The wifi thing is a joke.

The lack of imagination of our elected officials scares me.... What is to keep people from terrorist organizations from sneaking into Liberia, getting infected, then traveling all over the western world killing billions using their own bodies as bio-terrorism weapons. We need to tread this situation differently than we ever have before. I am not saying that we should kill those infected, but we really must cut off all travel to or from the entire region, leaving hundreds of miles as a buffer zone - using "comparative imagery" from satellites and drones to detect anything that moved and stopping it from escaping. Pandemics can and HAVE happened, and those occurred without any terrorist organizations that were hell bend on death and destruction. We have to view this epidemic the same way we would if ISIS, Al Qaeda etc - were to break into a CDC lab and steal a vial - or if someone broke into a military base and stole a biochemical weapon or nuclear weapon.... How long have we seen toy helicopters with counter-rotating rotors for ease of flying? Why it took this long to get a prototype with two existing technologies (pusher prop and counter-rotating rotor) - I have no idea. Carbon fiber is nothing but reinforced plastic that takes too long to make with current tech. I'll bet that in the next 10 years there will be a much better process than sticking layers together, adding resin, nonstick sheets, then a plastic vacuums bag into an autoclave.... I bet there will be an injection resin into a dye with fiber honeycomb skeleton that will take seconds to make, not hours or days. The Lamborghini Aventador is the first vehicle I've seen with a foam endoskeleton beneath carbon fiber. Lightweight doesn't have to be expensive or time consuming

I hope no one is still fooled by the "divide and conquer" technique of democrat vs. republican. Those who really hold the power create these politicians out of the same cloth - just spewing opposite rhetoric. Yes, let's debate Obama and Bush rather that focus on the topics themselves - because hey, that's exactly what they want us to do. And in the meantime we are being sold out. And our government is for sale to the highest bidder. Is it possible for the incumbent's supporters to accept that their thoroughbred isn't perfect and make mistakes without citing what the previous president did or did not do in some crazy attempt to balance the playing field - as if that could possibly give credence to what is going on - in some insane loyalty to "your man" as if admitting fault somehow makes the other parties presidents regain the Oval Office
