Yup anyone who flies on Southwest has met them. You know the fat homely chick with the underboobage t-shirt, flip flops drying out her smelly panties using the fresh air vent. Really happened too not a lie. One was even featured on that mtv show ridiculousness!

Pilot shortage due to more over regulation by the Government. Demanding new pilots have 1,500 hours instead of 250. And their stupid, out for itself only, union agreed to this??? The union should have fought this tooth and nail!! But their thinking was more money for the existing pilots and of course them too. But they never cared about anything else like SHORTAGES and airlines parking hundreds of jets, canceled flights, delays and a host of other demands put on their pilots. Another reason unions are not the best solution for workers.

I care about this. Its about time Southwest decided that their passengers deserve some niceties that other airlines have provided for years now. They had given us the worst seat room of nearly any airline for years and on those long haul flights to boot! Nothing like a little competition from other low cost carriers to start them finally caring about us passengers comfort. Just how many penny's did Southwest pinch to not have outlets or decent WiFi?
