Is this a variant of the Mustang, it appears to be of smaller scale and has nose gear, not a tail dragger?

Those props are pushing 13.5 feet (4.11 meters) per Northrop Grumman specs. Visually I was guessing bout 11 feet. Moving a lot of air.
