ATSB to investigate Moorabbin Airport collision

The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has opened an investigation into a collision at Moorabbin Airport on April 11. Piper PA-28 VH-TXH was returning back to Morrabbin Airport after experiencing a “rough running engine” when it overshot the runway and collided with a taxiing Cessna 172. Fuel shortage causes chaos at Melbourne airport

Fuel rationing was put into place at Melbourne Airport on Thursday night. The crisis comes after workers found that the fuel being delivered to the Australian Airport was contaminated and was not to standard.
