I think that Russia has bit off more than it can chew... Planes break and you can only rob from Peter to pay Paul for only a period of time. Soon all of their planes will be parked!
Ivan needs to start making parts if he expects these aircraft to continue to operate.
Everything Russia steals now will have to be paid for later with interest *if* Russia ever wants to re-enter the global economy. Russia dug itself a hole, jumped in, and is now digging itself deeper and deeper.
