I don't think you enabled the sarcasm font properly.
Mike, no big deal here, these pilots are extremely well trained to handle all the tasks all by oneself if the other crew member becomes incapacitated.

They have training for this type of scenario!
Thank goodness they are trained for that. I just can't imagine these copilots all alone without the Captain, must be very nerve shattering...
