F-35B Lightning Landing Incident at Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base
A F-35B Lightning incident occurred at the Fort Worth Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base around 10:00am local time this Thursday morning. The aircraft appears to make a vertical landing attempt, but then rotates out of control after touching down. After the nose strikes the ground, the pilot ejects, the pilot's parachute deploys, and the pilot lands a short distance away from the aircraft.
