I was at buf when she diverted...here's the true story

TMC460 a hawker 400 was flying SDF to TEB at 34,000 ft lost one engine and diverted to BUF. It landed without incident and taxied to the FBO. A legacy 600 was dispatched from PHL and took her from
BUF to TEB.
Report says dual engine failure.

The second engine flamed out when the crew pulled the lever to cut-off on the ramp.
Isn't that the same as a dual engine failure? ;)

Anyone know if the AD due in 2018 to change the eec software was complied with on this airframe, which could preclude these flameouts from ice crystal buildup? Rapid throttle reduction at high altitude further exasperates the problem and possible HPT damage and core lock can happen.

Beechjet, a Cadillac? or are you referring to the Viper powered 400.

Wow. I never even thought about the Beechjet. I was definitely thinking HS125-400, although re-engined with TFE731s.
Despite all the improvements, marketing and placards to the contrary, the Beechjet, to me, is more Mitsubishi Diamond than HS125 Hawker.
