If you count both S->N and N->S crossings, he should be doing about 15 figure 8's. Would be fun just to watch.

Do you need to file IFR flightplan for FA to track? Would VFR with Flight following work?
I thought that you cold track just on tail number as long as they were viewable by center's radar and had a transponder.
