Ludacris will open a restaurant named Chicken & Beer at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport's Concourse D. The eatery’s name also happens to have the same title as Ludacris’s third album, which features some of the dirtiest songs of all time. Concourse D is already home to several fast food joints, including a Burger King/Cinnabon, Blimpie Express and Chilis To Go. (www.washingtonpost.com) さらに...
well dont eat there then....for your non-business there are probably 5-10 people that will stop and eat....you probably dont eat at Hooters either do you?
Airport is good launch site as mentioned above. People in captivity (read airport) will eat anything and gladly overpay. Out on the street would probably go the way of Roy Roger's roast beef or Minnie Pearls fried chicken or even Sambo's.
RE: definition of "dank" - Webster's Dictionary defines dank as "disagreeably damp: moist and chilly". Tim Mitchell refers to the "urban dictioary" - Tim - don't trust much of what you read on the internet....
While in the context of this article, Urban Dictionary is the correct source... unfortunately.
And Tim, if youre going to share the definition of DANK from Urban Dictionary, dont hold back bro... DANK is the urban slang for some really kick-ass weed. It's not just "something of high quality" but rather it's the shiz-nittle blam blitz of weed.
You say that now... we tend to laugh off ventures like this, but just you wait and see. Ludacris will have a branch in every major airport in a couple of years. Then we will all be dumbfounded by such a simple concept becoming so successful.
I work in South Dallas (Oak Cliff) and I can tell you there is a chicken stand on every corner, even in the Hispanic areas (Chicken and Rice?). You add a 40oz to the equation and, my friends, you have something that is very marketable, with ATL being the perfect launch site.
word of the day "dank"....I am a 28 yr old black man from the small city of Shelby,NC and I didnt even know what this word meant...I had to look it up in the urban dictionary..lol....dank:something of high quality...no wonder my wife calls me a nerd.
